Attention Wethersfield and Rocky Hill residents who are High School Students graduating in 2025.
The Wethersfield Chapter of UNICO Awards are now available. They include our Book Awards; Brian Piccolo Award and Tony DiCicco Award.
Book Awards winners are selected based on three criteria that are weighted equally: Academics; Financial Need and Outside Activities.
The Tony DiCicco Award is given to a soccer player who portrayed the qualities of Tony DiCicco.
The Brian Piccolo Award is given to an Athlete who played any sport that portrayed the qualities of Brian Piccolo.
The Brian Piccolo Award is the only award that requires the individual have some Italian ancestry per our National Rules. There are multiple Book Awards issued but only one Piccolo Award and DiCicco Award Winner. Students who are eligible can apply for all three awards. Completed applications are to be mailed to our Scholarship Chairman, Tony Martino, and must be postmarked by March 17, 2025.
